This website is operated by Daniel Low, a salesperson registered with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA Reg. No. R066118Z) of PropNex Realty Pte Ltd (Agency Licence No. L3008022J), for the purpose of marketing the Lucerne Grand residential development.

This site is not the official website of City Developments Limited and is not endorsed by the developer.

We take your privacy seriously and handle personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

Only what you type into a registration or enquiry form on this site:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your mobile number

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, your NRIC number, financial details or any other sensitive personal data through this website.

Our web host and analytics tools may also record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, referring page and the pages you viewed. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site performs and is not used to identify you personally.

Why we collect it

Your details are used solely to:

• Contact you about Lucerne Grand — by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email
• Send you project materials such as the e-brochure, floor plans and the official developer price list when it is released
• Arrange and confirm a showflat viewing appointment
• Answer questions you have asked us

By submitting a form and ticking the consent box, you consent to being contacted for these purposes. This consent overrides your registration on the Do Not Call (DNC) Registry only for the purposes described here.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.

Your details may be disclosed only to:

• PropNex Realty Pte Ltd, where required for the administration of a transaction
• The developer or its appointed agents, where necessary to register your interest, arrange a viewing or process a booking
• Service providers that operate this website or our messaging and email tools, strictly on our instructions
• Any authority or regulator where disclosure is required by Singapore law

Cookies and third-party tools

This site may use cookies and similar technologies from Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads) to measure traffic and the performance of advertising campaigns. These tools may set cookies in your browser and record anonymised usage data.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies does not affect your ability to use this site or to register your interest.

WhatsApp enquiries are handled through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We retain your details for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and for the duration of the project's marketing period, after which they are deleted, unless a longer period is required by law or by a transaction you have entered into.

How we protect it

This website is served over HTTPS. Enquiry details are held in access-controlled messaging and email accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may at any time:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
• Withdraw your consent and ask us to stop contacting you
• Ask us to delete your details from our records

Send any of these requests to WhatsApp +65 9109 1169. We will act on a withdrawal of consent promptly and in any case within the timeframes set out in the PDPA. Withdrawing consent means we can no longer send you project updates.
